I have synced Outlook with iPod in many version iterations for many years; I depend on using both to keep my appointments and contacts up to date. Occasionally there is a hiccup (like now) when sync doesn't work. Period. As far as I can tell, all software and o/s are up to date. I have reset the sync history, but I feel sure there are deeper tweaks I can make to 'fix' this. I have discussed this with the Tech Manager at my local Apple store and her suggestions are limited.
My search of this forum found no comparable posts. If I have erred, please point me to the latest and greatest; my apologies in advance.
