Troubleshoort error in backup exec 9.1

Hi,

In my backups i had the folowing error:

Backup - \\server\Exchange Mailboxes The item \\server\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes\Sandra.. Top of Information Store?Inbox triangulation christina moubarak in use - skipped.

And the backup gets a failed status.
How can i put backup exec backing up all maibox without similar error?

If i delete this message from that mailbox, next i don´t have the error.
