GOOD DAY I´M NEW IN THIS FORUM

MY QUESTION IS ABOUT MY CS1K I HAD A NCOS 2 ONLY FOR INTERNAL USE BUT WHEN 2 BCM´S WAS ADD AND CONFIGURED IN NRS THE NCOS 2 NOT RESPOND ME THE RESTRICCIONS FOR 4 AND 5 AND CAN GET CALLS TO OUT MY PBX.

IN MY SITE I HAVE EXTS. 1XXX 2XXX 3XXX 4XXX AND ANOTHER PBX I HAVE 4XXX AND 5XXXX AND MY BCM´S 4XXX

SOME IDEA FOR RESTORE MY NCOS?

I PUT EXT. O NCOS 0 BUT ONLY WORKING EXTS. 1XXX 2XXX AND 3XXX, 4 OR 5 WAS TO ATTENDANT-

You say you have 4XXX on one of the PBXs and you also say this is on one of the BCMs.

That is your first conflict.

You need to be a bit clearer on the call flow of who is calling who and what is failing. I was unable to make it out from your initial post.

I believe I understand, but maybe cannot assist you properly ...
You have a CS1k site that has an NCOS of 2 and extensions of 1XXX 2XXX 3XXX 4XXX.
You have a BCM site (configured in NRS) that uses 4xxx and 5xxx.
Then, you have an additional BCM (configured in NRS) that uses 4xxx?

I agree with Fletch that you cannot have another BCM that uses 4xxx range extensions - you will need to change that unless you have them segmented properly (example site1 use 4000-4400, site2 use 4401-4699 site 3 use 4700-4999.

You say that your 1xxx 2xxx and 3xxx are working properly, but your 4xxx and 5xxx are not working.

Is this all correct? Or repost and try to explain differently. Thanks!
