Good day,
Me have troubles for to setup Avaya One X-Mobile Preferred in mobile phones. Me download apk from Play Store and run the apk for install but the screen stay fixed and me go to setting and tell me that loading registers but not run.
the mobile phones are ZTE and Huawei Y9 android 10 in the install me give permissions to all but not work
Give me the next message:
Fail transfer files:/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.avaya.ScsCommander/files/staging/logs_21_01_12_10_48_01.zip
In mobile phones samsung work it well
