Troubles using HOST built-in when a form is running on the web

I tried to use system commands while the form is running on the web... and the problem is that the form on the user's machine is an APPLET, so the form is really runnin' on the SERVER ( and when I use the HOST built-in it refers to server's S.O. )
HOW can I access to a floppy or to an HD of user's client-PC ???

PLEASE HELP!!!

In the form developer help file is "accessing Microsoft Windows SDK" - let me know if that doesn't help you.
