Troubles Sending Mail

I have a few users who are telling me they aren't getting replies on emails they send. They sent them from other addresses on aol or yahoo and they seem to go through fine. We use the host for our website for our mail also. Anyone have any recomendations?

Is your web/ e-mail ISP also your broadband supplier? If not you'll probably need to use some form of authenticated outgoing server or the SMTP server provided by the BB supplier. Yahoo and hotmail are OK cos they are web based and therefore happy using their own outbound route. Does that make sense?
