Troubles Installing Firestarter

Hi Guys,
I am learning how to use Linux more and more each day but I appear to be
having some troubles with dependencies.

I am using Mandrake 9.0 and trying to install Firestart er v0.8.3-1 RPM but I keep getting the following error message

Conflicts were detected:

libpanel_status.so.0 is needed by firestarter-0.8.3-1

Install Aborted

I thought no worries I'll just go find the file, I tried looking at installing the package via the control center but it wasn't found so I then hopped on over to RPMfind which also didn't find it.

Being a real n00b at this kind of thing I am at a bit of a loss as to why I am having such a hard time finding a file.

Any help would be great.
