Troubles Archiving to New server

Hi all

I have just added a new R6.5 server to our R5 environment and I have been doing some testing, but have had problems creating an archive on this Server.
The exact error is "you have insufficient access to create a database on the archive destination"
I can however create new replicas\copies and route mail without any problems.
This has me completly stumped, and I am probably missing something very simple.

1. In 6.5 there is a 'difference' between administrators and 'Full access administrators'. Check if your name is in the Full access list.

You do not have to be 'full access' user, but the one below has to be in place:

2. Check all security settings on the same page. There is a difference between creating replicas and new databases. An archive is considered a new database...
