Trouble with scheduling olap job

I am having trouble running a job created from an OLAP DTS package. I can execute the package directly in enterprise manager, but when I schedule the package, it fails to run correctly. Below is the error message returned.

"DTSRun: Executing... DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSOlapProcess.Task_24 DTSRun OnError: DTSStep_DTSOlapProcess.Task_24, Error = -2146827850 (800A01B6) Error string: Object doesn't support this property or method Error source: DSO Help file: Help context: 1000438 Error Detail Records: Error: 0 (0); Provider Error: 0 (0)"

I have tried scheduling several other olap packages none work.

After some investigation I got passed this error. Now I have another.

Could not initialize Database

Again this package executes fine when using DTS directly, but when scheduled as a job its a no go.
