Trouble with RecordSet ...'invalid argument'

Dim rsMyRecordset As Recordset

Set rsMyRecordset = CurrentDb.OpenRecordset("Recalls", dbOpenDynaset)

The "Set" line is generating a 'invalid argument' error, any ideas? the table "Recalls" exists.

Is it Access 2000 or 2002 ?

If so, you have to declare your RS as a DAO.Recordset and set reference top DAO3.6
