I have 2 hard disk using RAID-1 to back up data, I do exactly the same with the guide (in Help and Support) in Windows 2003 Server, but when I've done and test it (disable 1 of 2 hard disk) it can't work (the another one can't work, can't boot to win normally)
what should I do now???

Sounds like your missing the boot files. You need to create a floppy boot disk or...
Break the mirror after the sync has finished. Copy the boot files from C: to the other drive. Enable the mirror again, let resync. Now if you pull the disk, as a backup, if the the array fails and you place the disk back in to the same slot as the C: drive is in, it will boot; you could also move the cable connector if the drives are stationary mounted.
