Trouble with NFAS Option 11C with three PRI

I am having a problem getting all three PRI's to work with a Primary D-channel & a Back-up D-channel. It seems that the first two PRI's are working. I cannot get my third one programmed. The system says I don't have a D-channel when I try to program my last trunks on the 3rd PRI. I think there is a prompt I am overlooking. I have an Option11C.
The system worked fine before we switched LEC's. The Local LEC had a DMS C.O. & the D-channels were programmed for the D200. Because my new LEC has a #5ESS (AT&T) C.O. they wanted NI2 for the same service to work with them.

only on DMS co's can you have a primary and back up D chnl, you now need one d per pipe!

I BELIEVE YOU NEED THE PRIMARY INTERFACE ID IN BOTH THE PRIMARY AND THE BACKUP, YOU WOULD PUT THE THIRD T1 FIRST THEN THE PRIMARY DCH T1 IN BOTH

This is what I have Loop 1 - DCH 3 (Primary). Loop 2 - DCH 4 (Back-up DCH) & Loop 3 (No DCH). I did not number the D-Channels, someone before me did it. Would I show in the Primary DCH (3) under PRI INTERFACE ID *** 2 2*** 3 3***?

3 1 BOTH IN THE ADAN DCH 3 AND 4, YOU DON'T PUT THE DCH IN THERE YOU PUT THE SALVE LOOP FIRST THEN THE PRIMARY LOOP
