I'm having trouble dialing out on line 1 and 3 it never breaks dialtone . These lines have worked fine dialing out for years .

Trouble with my Omega 3

Omega 3 - "...fine dialing out for years" is right! Test lines at Network Interface to confirm that it's not a telco problem. If it is system, I'd swap trunk card first. Or restart system to see if it helps - being mindful that an older system like that may lose programming if you power cycle.
