Has anyone one else out there had the problem when you reboot a server with ISA server on it, as well as routing and remote access configured, that the ISA Firewall will turn back on unless you disable routing and remote access and then reboot the server? If anyone has worked with this problem or has any suggestions, I would appreciate them greatly.
