I had the intouch client installed on my laptop and it was working for weeks. recently it is giving me the message "no lines are configured for your use, see administrator"

I checked the LAN CTE section in element manager and my ipaddress and network accounts are in there for client priveledges.

i re-installed intouch/lan CTE on my laptop, still get there error. what am i missing? where do i tell intouch what my DN is?

any help is appreciated!

In your Outlook Options screen, open the InTouch Options tab. There you will see the BCM IP address, Voice mail DN, etc. Make sure those are correct. In that BCM, if only one DN is specified for you, it will be used automatically. In LAN/CTE is a DN specified? Also make sure your IP address or machine name hasn't been changed on your pc.

thanks.... i needed to specify the DN in LAN/CTE.
