Trouble with IE Control

I created a VB with IE control long ago, all key function works as intended when IE is in focus. ie: backspace, CTRL C, CTRL V, DELETE, etc...

I copied my old VB 'CTL' and created an new VB, parameter and all such things as exactly the same, just pondering one thing... backspace, CTRL C, CTRL V, DELETE, etc... no longer work when IE Control is in focus. Nothing has been changed.

Preference/Control are as it is in both old/new, no changes... what gives, any ideas?
