What's happening is this:
It's a pure IP system set up with a VS32 to provide MOH and 3-party conference.
The system is connected to another system via IP CCIS.
When a call comes in from that other system, it can't be put on hold or can't be transferred. When you press Hold or Transfer, nothing happens.
Internal calls CAN be put on Hold or transferred just fine.
This system is not in full use yet, the cutover will happen later, but this feature is bugged for several days now.
I've been through pretty much all ASYD and ASYDL documentation I could get my hands on, as well as reviewed ASFC for anything that could be wrong. I also checked ARTD for the IPCCIS route, but didn't find anything that would fix this problem.
I also went through the VS32 programming steps in the Data Programming Manual.
This is not to say I didn't miss something...
Anybody have any bright ideas?
