trouble with dlls

I have a great trouble with ms access at home and at office.
Few days after installing access, self composition tools are no more working. If I try with reports, queries, tables and other elements I get this message "error loading dll" and I have to do all manually.
No way with repair o reinstall.
Working winxp sp2 and office 2003 (both original).
I can't get a reach around about this.
Please Help , can't format all once a week.

I don't know if you'd need to look for different file versions with Off03.
