Trouble with Call Pickup using Team Button on Analog Polycom

I have a situation in our Executive Office where the Admin phones are in a call pickup group with both the 9620 IP phone and the analog Polycom Soundstation in an adjacent conference room.

The Admins have 9640 phones with a sidecar. The CallPickup button is intentionally "hidden" on the Shift Screen since it can be so distracting. Instead, they rely on Team buttons.

The PressPress Team Button method works great for picking up the ringing 9620 phone, but they report it does not work with the Polycom.

(I see there's now an option to change the COR to Pick Up by Going Off Hook, but they don't want to accidentally answer the conference phones.)

We have CM 5.2.0.947.3

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a work-around? Thanks in advance for any help!

 
The Subject Line should have read "Team Button FOR Analog Polycom." Oops.
