Trouble with auto attendant 1

Sudddenly when callers call in, after hearing the prompt options, they are not going to the proper location. How and where are these set up?
 
Well, I'm just a hacker on this stuff, as you're soon going to know.
The outside party hears the prompt to enter 1 for billing, 2 for service, 3 for accounts, etc. When they enter the key corresponding to the group they want to talk to it should route to a hunt group, but that's not happening.
 
Open VM Pro and go to the appropriate module that the ICR is pointing to. Once in the module look for the menu that has 1, 2, and 3. Double click on the transfer connected to each number. Go to the specific tab and it will show the destination there. Click on the drop down and select where you want it to go.
