Trouble with a memo field

In my access table I have put a memo filed for collect notes. I am having trouble getting the field to return more than 1,111 characters. I need at least 2500 and it should hold up to 60k. HELP!

It's obviously a question for an Access forum.
Access memo works fine. Present your VBA code or query details in a proper forum...
