trouble with 46xxsettings.txt 2

I'm using 9611 phones on 9.1 server edition demo and I'm having trouble modifying the screensaveron time.

I'll explaing what I've done so far and maybe you can tell me if I've missed something.

1. I'm running apache web server on my pc and I've got the phones set to look at my pc as the http server.
2. I've modified the 46xxsettings.txt file located in the Avaya\IP Office\manager directory. That is also the home directory of the web server.

## SET BAKLIGHTOFF 2​

## SET SCREENSAVERON 1​

## SET SCREENSAVER 96xxiposs.jpg​

3. When I plug in the phone, I see...

https://192.168.42.103:441/96x1Hupgrade.txt

http://192.168.42.103:80/96x1Hupgrade.txt

http:192.168.42.103​

contacting call server..​

Then the phone comes up working.​

The files fail to transfer via HTTPS but they appear to successfully transfer via HTTP.

Even though I set the backlight to go off at 1 minute, it goes off after 60
Even though I set the screensaveon time to 2 minutes, it comes on after 240 minutes (its hard to see because the screen is dark but I do see the correct image).

Any suggestions?
