Trouble using YA and TW

Hi. I have a customer that use Your Assistant (4.1) wich works perfectly in the office. when he tryies to connect to the pbx using TW he revice this error. "Underlying connection was closed: Either there was a fatal error on the server or client authentication failed"

YA version 4.1
MAS 7.0.2.11
TW 4.1
Mitel 3300 Cx 8.0.5.12

Does anybody have an ideé?

also I would like to know if I upgrade the system to ver 5.0 of YA, i have read i documentation that the system need på be at least 8. UR3 but what about the Mas and TW blade can the stay the same as I have in the system above?

I take it in the client side, you've ticked the teleworker node and filled in the details?

Also, on the teleworker Server you've enabled YA SOftphone support?

As for YA5 although it says 8UR3 it does work on anything above 7.1 (checked with Mitel PLM)

As for the Teleworker Blade, check the release notes! But it would suggest be best to upgrade. Only takes half an hour
