Trouble Uploading Converted WAV Files to KX-NS500

Hello everyone, I’m using a KX-NS500, and I’m having trouble updating my BGMs on it. When I try to upload via Internet Explorer, I get the error message D405014. Can anyone help me?

I converted my MP3 files to WAV on G711.org, using A-law WAV (8Khz, Mono, CCITT A-law), and my two audio files, one 332KB (42s) and the other 155KB (19s), won’t upload at all.

Try using the FireFox browser.
The manufacturer does not recommend using Internet Explorer.

I'm having the same error on Firefox. :/
