Trouble tracking down desktop messaging program. 1

Ive been desperate to track down a copy or a vendor to purchase from. My system is in my home im not a business so im having a hard to finding anyone who will help me. Ayaya keeps telling me i need a customer ID or a vendor ID which i dont have i purchased the equipment from an Online seller which didn't include a CD with the programs for the Call pilot.

System Mics 7.1XC Call pilot system version 30.00.72.22

Just looking for desktop messaging. Client computers are running Win 7 Enterprise.
