TRouble signing in to database

Hi guys, i am having some problem signing in to SQL database, i have a accounting application Accpac erp 300, and cannot login to the database.

can some one please help mi to figure out what is the problem??? maybe it have something to do with the sql account or password??? i dont know.

Sage Database setup

Jus open Database Setup, then enter the SQL user ID and password and get done with it.

I did but i keep getting the error: Unable to connect to the database (error=129).

SQL error 129? Never heard of it. Sounds like your credentials are incorrect, or your server isn't configured correctly.
