i have 5 4135 and 3 4635 xerox laser prinnters...
you talking desktop or production?

While scanning the net some time ago I stumbled upon this site that deals with most common problems of older both laser and inkjetprinters. The site also gives a brief explanation of the basics on how these printers work.
