when customer has a voice mail in their billing Group voice-mail or any group voicemail and they try to copy/send it to another extension not in the group the message goes, it shows the proper time and length but when the extension tries to play the message there is no audio or just a couple of seconds of audio then nothing.
I verified the voice-mail was set to ip office -( not unity)
I upgraded the system from 9.0.2.0 to the new release 9.0.5.0 build 941
but the issue is still occurring.
Any Idea's or any setting I can Check.
