Trouble saving a MS Publisher file as a PDF

Up until a week ago, I have regularly saved publisher 2007 files as PDF's (the format that print houses prefer). Suddenly I seem to be unable to save as PDF. Does anyone have a solution or suggestion?

I have tried upgrading my adopbe reader but is that the problem?

What happens when you try? Are you doing a Publish As PDF or Save As? Have you made any changes to your system?
