Trouble running SMSLS.bat

We recently went through an OS upgrade from Win95 to Win2000 and each machine was wiped clean and reimaged with a new Win2K image. In all we have 1400+ machines in the organization and all total, 450 have no had the client installed. We use SMSLS.bat to initiate client installation and on the sample taken from machines without the SMS client,we know for a fact that SMSLS.bat has not run. The logon script is set to run in each users Active Directory profile but fo some reason it is not running for all users. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?

Are you running the Novell client on these machines?

Yes we are, each machine has Novell 4.81
