Trouble Printing to Lexmark ML-1430 printer

Normally we print all our Macola pick tickets, etc to a Macola copier but when that is down the second choice is the above unit.
We now get an error message when trying to print to the Lexmark ML-1430.
Error says Cobol error report, application Macola 70\VBMacExe.exe (PID=00000EAr)
Exception_access_violaiton(c0000005)
Generation Module Macola70\Maccom.dll
Version of maccom.dll is 1.0.0.15 (June 10, 2003)

Things printed inside Macola fail to this unit, but things printed outside macola in crystal reports work fine

If you try to print the reports to file, do you still get this error message?

No,if I print the report to file, it prints just fine.

Try using a more generic print driver for this printer such as HP LaserJet 4 or 4si. Alternatively see if they have a newer print driver available.
