Hello,
I have 2 users who are having trouble printing to a HP2200 LaserJet printer from Outlook 2003 and IE. Now a little on our printer set up. These 2 users are Point Of Sale terminals which have a receipt printer on each of them. In order for the POS software to work properly the receipt printer has to be set as default printer and the paper size has to naturally be reduced. We also have the HP2200 setup for these 2 users but not as default printer. When atempting to print from Outlook they receive an error about priview.dlg which I have researched and nothing I can find will fix the problem. When they attempt to print from IE the print job appears to go through correctly but the printer start blinking the amber light and nothing happens. I have tried updating Office 2003 with no look. I have updated Windows with all the new updates with no luck. I have replaced the IEPEERS.DLL file and reregistered it with REGSVR32 but still nothing happens. I have also reregistered vbscipt.dll and jscript.dll but still to luck. The only thing I have gotten to work is to change the default printer to the HP2200 print their emails and then change the defualt printer back to the receipt printer. But this seems like alot of hassle just to print an email. If anyone has seen this problem before or has any suggestions they would be greatly appriciated.
