Hi All,
We are trying to print an ID card with an ID Card printer. We are using CR9.0 and an ASP with the RAS to do this. The problem is at the client's site, when we run the report thought the ASP application we see the report as an 8.5x11 in report. It prints what we expect to see on the report plus three other blanks cards. When we run the report through crystal, we see the report as an ID card and it prints one card. The report is set to print to the ID Card printer.
In our office, When we try to print the report with the ASP application, we see the report as an ID card and it prints only one card. We upgraded to cr9.0 fro cr8.0 and our client previously had cr8.5 but deleted it then installed cr9.0.
The question is why are seeing the report as an 8.5x11 in report via the ASP application at the client's office? We are using the same rptServer.asp and smartViewerActivex.asp in both places.
