I have been emailing a pdf file (which was exported as a pdf file from Quark 7 for Windows) to someone. This is what he says:
"The page that does come out, has only two and a half columns printed and then another page brings up the balance of the first page. No other pages then are printed. Even this first page takes a good 15-20 minutes to finally come out. In addition, it takes about 15 minutes to actually download your file into my desktop."
He is able to download and print a file which was exported as a pdf file from Quark 6 for Mac with no problem.
What could be the problem?
