I had a win server 2003 box running and it was in charge of my entire network including a linix mail server, a web server, file servers, etc. I was configuring a new win server 2003 as a test box, but somehow it seems to have taken charge of my network. Now I can only access my web sites while my new test box is on the network and it rejects all external IP addresses. How do I put my old server back in charge of everything so that I can access my web server without this new box on the network?

Without knowing all of the steps you did, we can't answer. Also, your subject makes no sense, and doesn't have anything to do with your description.

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.
