Trouble pasting pspimage in PSPX

I'm having a problem pasting .pspimage images into another .pspimage. I can open PSP9 and do it there no prob. B,ut I get an error message in X. Anyone run across this?

Internal Program Error: An invalid parameter has been passed to a function

Oh, the error message that doesn't mean a thing =D

What you can do is:
- install all the patches, 10.01, 10.02, 10.03, in the proper order and without using PSP's own update manager;
- reset the preferences through the File menu;
- run Corel's zapps application which can be downloaded here: ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/PaintShopPro/X/ (I have never used it but I always read about people solving problems with it)
