Trouble opening PDF with IExplorer

I have this problem with a PDF document, when i open it directly from the drive using Acrobat i can see all the layers and information.

But when I open the file using IExplorer with the Acrobat plug-in , there is a layer i can not see.

The PDF is about a territorial planning and is quite big, about 4 mega, and contains many layers.

¿Can anyone help me with this ?
