We have a number of GroupWise 6.5 WebAccess users, and they report that when they receive a message in HTML format, they are unable to open it the way they want.
The messages can be opened when hitting the "Print preview" button. The users tell me that they didn't have to do this in the past, the contents of the message used to be in the E-mail itself. Inside every HTML E-mail, there is an "Mime.822" attachment, which seems to contain the actual message.
Recently we installed a LIBC update on the NetWare 6.5 server hosting WebAccess, could it be that this update has caused this behaviour somehow? Does anyone know how to change this behaviour?
Any help would be much appreciated.
