Trouble logging into support.avaya.com? 1

Anyone else having difficulty logging in?

I input my username and password then click on the login button and the page does nothing. Tried multiple browsers both on Mac and Windows 10?

Yeah, same issue here.
There are other ways to login; have you tried just going to sso.avaya.com?

I have had it where couldn't login to support or learning, but go to PLDS and it signs in, then go to support/learning and you are good to go as already signed in.

PLDS and Downloads randomly go down for me as well, it's not just you. I wasn't able to download the L100 Headset drivers the other day because the site was down.
