Trouble loading reports with charts in CE8.5

Hi,

I am having trouble getting reports with Charts to display or schedule via CE8.5

When scheduling any reports with a chart in it I get
"The request could not be submitted for background processing..."

When trying to "View On Demand" the viewer opens and then just says "loading" and just hangs.

Appreciate any help or ideas you may have.
