Trouble linking a combo box with a subform

I have a combo box on my main form containing a list of premises_codes that come from a query (the query comes from the 'company' table) . On my sub form i have details of staff members. These details come from a 'staff details'table which does not contain a premises_code. The link between the 'company' table and the staff details table is optician_code.

I want to be able to change the premises_code value in the combo box and have the relating staff details show on the subform.

Can anyone help???
