Trouble installing Exchange agent

Trying to install the exchange agent to my exchange server, having troubles. I installed the agent to the media server (media srvr and exchange are seperate) but when I go to install the agent to exchange from BE server, the agent is not listed there as an available package to push out.

My support contract has expired, any help is much apprieciated.
