Trouble in seeing web reports with CR 7

Hi.
I built my web system report with Crystal Report 7. I tested it and I deployed it on my server. Everything goes well, but... when I deployed it on my partner server only a client saw correctly reports; an other client saw report once and a third client saw nothing. What about? Thanks Mario
