trouble importing subs with ASA

i can succesfully export subscribers..... but during an import, i get a bad subtype error. i tried mirroring 1 of the manually added users with no luck. anyone succesfully do this?

i have but i would need to look at it again. I think you just need the name mailbox number and password. if you fill in to much info it will fail.

I will try to find the file i used.

that would be great. i have been trying so many diffrent things. i first started off small and then went big with everything. i also put SP5 on ASA to see if it made a difference. thanks.
