Trouble Grouping by Employee Name(s)

I am trying to create a report called Tech Schedule which lists service calls for a particular date range. It is based on two queries. One contains most of the fields: date, time, customer, address etc. The other query is based on a table called ticketcompletedby which has an EmpID and a serviceticketid. There can be multipe techs assigned to one service call. On the Tech Schedule report, I need to group by the Service Tech, then by date, then by time. I am having trouble since ticketcompletedby may be a repeating group in some instances. I've tried to use the report wizard and when I try to include both queries, it crashes and the wizard doesn't complete, closes access and wants to send an error repport to microsoft.
Is it going to be possible for me to group by Employee(s)?

Thank You! Michelle

michelleb1,
If the tables are related, have you tried making "one" query containing the fields you need from both tables?
