I have a sun box that is running an application that requires an ODBC connection. I have been able to connect to SQL server, dbase, text file without major issues. But when I try to connect to the DB2 database on a OS/390 I get an error "native code 364". I have DB2 connect on the sun box and am able to connect to the OS/390 from the DB2 command line. Does anyone have any Ideas what could cause this.

Thanks,

If all else fails you could try openlink by getting the client/server fully working demo's from openlink themselves.

here:
click "downloads" on left
click "data access download"
click the bottom "continue" button
click "multi-tier edition"

fill the drop-downs etc, etc

I have sun boxes running openlink providing access to ingres DB's via openlink odbc drivers from 95/98/NT4/XP clients.......but maybe it's too big a change, but then again it's always handy to have an alternative to hand!
