The pilot number to my callpilot voicemail is 4410. When I go to ld 20 and prt, dnb 4410 it tells me 4410 is a cdn. Go to ld 23 and prt cdn 4410 and the dfdn is 7771. Back to ld 20 and prt, dnb 7771 and it just says type acdn. How do I check active agents (TNs) for this voicemail group? In other words, I'm trying to connect the dots from dialing 4410 to hitting a port on callpilot.

If you print the dnb of 7771, if this is the final ACD associated with voicemail, it will give a list of the TN's of the members. If not, print the ACD and see if it forwards to another ACD and follow that.

No TNs associated with 7771 in ld 20. I printed acd 7771 in ld 23. It is set for maxp 1, but the ncfw is 0. I still can't find the path to get to voicemail. The reason I want to find the active agents for the voicemail group is so I can remotely check the status on weekends and evenings to verify all is working.

If you have access to My Call Pilot Manager you can run Config Wizard and hit next til you get to M1 Switch Info. This will give you all your TN's and agent ID's. Make sure you hit cancel after gathering the info.

If you have an NCFW = 0 (a genuine entry) in LD 20 do a PRT DNB 0 0 (ent)

If you print your acd q's in LD 23 it is probably the one with the large amount of agents in the MAXP prompt depending on the number of ports you have on Callpilot.

I was able to find the TNs in callpilot config wizard, then prt the TN in ld 20 and look at key 0 to see what the acd group is. There are so many acdn numbers that when I prt ACD in ld 23 the buffer would fill and I couldn't scroll back to look at them all. Thanks for all the help!

On your phones, what is the number in HUNT, FDN and MWK? This is typically the ACD for Call Pilot. do a print of that DN.
