Trouble finding the Orders.dat file after exporting orders.

I just did a Export Orders to a flat file. Now I can not find it. I know I need to go to the FTP main site but do not know where it is. As you can see I am brand new working with Miva Merchant.

I'm shooting in the dark, because I download the DBF files directly and don't use the export, but look in the root of your Web server - the same level where you have your HTML or PUBLIC or

http://WWW folder,

and there should be a folder there called MIVADATA or HTSDATA or some such. Drill down there to look for it. --------------

I can help you here...
You'll need ftp program to find your file...
Usually exported from MIVA data will be in htsdata folder
Here's how I found mine ftp://

http://www.domainname.com/htsdata/Merchant2/00000001/export/

Try it...Remember dont look for it in "www" folders...it took me few hours to find this damn thing
