Trouble editing Arrowheads.ai ...

Hi all at Tek-Tips !
First two worlds about me :
- I'm an absolute rookie in Illustrator
- I'm French and my English language is not very fluent ...
so, I apologize in advance .

Well, I'm in trouble editing arrowhead.ai. I tryed to follow instructions in the referenced tread but I stay in trouble my new arrohead don't follow thickness and curve ...???

Could someone help me ?
If necessary I can upload mi Arrohead file to check it ...

Finaly I found my mistake !!
Able now to write my roadbook with the right arrow head on bads ways
