TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MYOLEDB3!

When I try to downoload MyOLEDB3 from

http://www.mysql.com/downloads/os-win32.html

I get an only exe file MyOleDB3.exe (30 KB). Is that all? I don't know what to do with that file. I wont to use MySQL database with Delphi7. I'm using ADO components. Can anybody help me?

When you click on that hyperlink, you should be directed to a download page with a number of hyperlinks pointing to various servers. The file should be a little over 4.5MB in size.
